Donations & Payments*
The $16,850 entry fee for 2026 includes all meals and lodging (double occupancy) beginning on the evening of Tuesday, March 24, 2026 through the final overnight stay on Saturday evening, March 28, 2026 for both the driver and co-driver. Entries requesting separate rooms for driver and co-driver will be accommodated as space allows. Separate rooms have an additional fee of $4,500, charged along with the remaining entry fees upon confirmation of your entry.

*Refundable until 15 days after you are notified that your application has been accepted by the Board. After the 15 day refundable period, the $2,500 deposit becomes non-refundable and the remainder of your entry fee will be non-refundable once submitted. If you do not submit the balance of your entry fee within the 15 day period, you will forfeit your spot and your $2,500 deposit is refunded.

Amount due after acceptance and $2500 deposit has been paid. Due upon acceptance.
