2025 RALLY DATES:
MARCH 23th THRU 27th

  • March 23th, 2025 – Registration Bentonville, AR
  • March 24th Bentonville to Mount Magazine, AR
  • March 25th Mount Magazine to Ridgedale, MO
  • March 26th Ridgedale Loop
  • March 27th Ridgedale to Bentonville
  • March 28th Depart

We will have much more information in the coming weeks including Ground/Air Shipping, Participant Travel info, Vehicle Transport, Lodging during event, etc.

GROUND/AIR SHIPPING
Each participant is responsible for the logistics and costs of shipping their own car(s) to and from the event. Let us know if we can be of assistance in connecting you to others from your area.

CAR STORAGE
We have contracted with a security company to provide security at night in all overnight locations. However, we do need to know in advance of any special requirements regarding your vehicle.

Please make sure to arrange your arrival into the suggested airport:
Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) https://www.flyxna.com is also referred to as “Fayetteville-Rogers-Bentonville Airport” and is about 13 miles from 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville


Airport Transportation

  • Uber & Lyft services are abundant in at the airport & Bentonville
  • Pinnacle Transportation 479-205-0505 for transport to and from XNA
  • Jim’s Express Shuttle 479-205-0011 kiosk at the airport; to and from
  • There are also licensed individual operators available at the airport

VEHICLE TRANSPORT LOGISTICS
Shipping SINGLE cars to and from Arkansas can be a logistical challenge. Because of this, each year we receive requests to know who is in your part of the country so you can buddy up on shipping. We will not share names, emails, or phone numbers without your permission out of respect for your privacy. So, if you would like to work with your fellow ralliers to coordinate transport, please tell us. Once we receive your permission, we'll send an email to like-minded rally members. Also, tell us where your car is located if it isn't being shipped from the address you have given us.
