If your application has been accepted, absent your confirmation to attend and full payment or your notice to withdraw your application by April 15, 2026, your deposit becomes non-refundable and will be considered a donation.

*If full entry fee is not received by April 15, 2026 acceptance to the rally is withdrawn and prior deposits will be returned.
*If, after acceptance and your confirmation, you cancel your participation in the 2026 GTTSR after April 15, 2026 for any reason, there will be no refund as commitments will have been made for clothing, rooms, meals, etc.
